Using this site

You are welcome here. Read anything, run the scorecard, take the ideas and use them yourself. What you cannot do is scrape the site wholesale, copy it to pass off as your own, try to break into anything, or use it to send anyone spam.

What the scorecard is and is not

The scorecard is six questions and a rough read. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an audit, not a professional assessment, and not advice you should act on without thinking. The hours it estimates are an estimate. Two people answering the same way could have very different weeks. Use your own judgment.

What I do not promise

I do not promise financial results. Not a return, not a percentage, not a dollar figure, not a number of hours saved. Any figures on this site describe my own setup or explain a method. Your business is not my business, and anyone who guarantees you a return on an AI project is guessing.

The information on this site is general. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, or professional advice for your situation.

What I do promise

The prices on this site are the real prices. The first call is free and I will tell you plainly if this is not a fit. If you buy a working session and it was not worth the hour, tell me and I refund it. If I build you an Install, we agree in writing beforehand on what has to be working when I hand it over, and if an agreed workflow is not working I keep at it through the stabilization period at no extra charge.

Anything I build for you sits in accounts owned by your business. You keep it whether we continue working together or not.

Bookings

Booking a call does not create a contract for services. It creates a call. Work starts when we both agree in writing on scope and price.

Your own obligations

If we work together, the tools I connect are yours, and you are responsible for what your business does with them, including whether your use of them complies with the rules of your own industry. I will tell you where the risks are. I cannot make those decisions for you.

Outside services and links

This site relies on other companies to work, including the ones named in the privacy policy. It sometimes links out. I do not control those services or those pages and I am not responsible for what happens on them.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. I keep it accurate and working, but I do not warrant that it will be error free or always available. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, and any liability connected to this website is limited to what you paid to access it, which is nothing.

None of that changes my obligations under a signed client agreement. Those obligations are real and I stand behind them.

Where this is governed

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
