Working Session
You and me for an hour. We take one task that eats your week and hand it to AI before the hour is up. You leave with something running, not a list of ideas.
I set up AI around the way you already work. Follow ups stop leaking. Your inbox stops running your day.
A quote you sent five weeks ago is sitting there and nobody has chased it. A customer who has complained twice is about to get an email when he should get a phone call. My system caught both of those this morning, before I opened the laptop.
I run my own multi-million dollar sales book on this system. That is where it was built and tested first.
This is what lands on my screen before six in the morning. Not a chatbot I open when I remember to. The structure is exactly mine. The names and numbers are made up, because the real ones belong to real people. Watch it run, or skip straight to the four pieces below.
What today actually is
Three things matter today. Redhawk renews in nine days and has not been contacted. Bellmont asked for revised pricing on Friday. Everything else can wait until after two.
No contact in 21 days. Their service manager changed in March and nobody has met the new one. Draft intro is written and waiting in the inbox.
Asked for revised pricing on the second yard. Last version was sent March 4. The numbers they need are in that file already.
Eleven other threads moved over the weekend. None of them need you before this afternoon. They are sorted and waiting.
Needs a human / 3 of 47
Forty seven came in since Friday. Three of them actually need you. Each one already has a reply written in your words. You read it, change what is wrong, and send.
Asking whether the March quote still holds and if you can start before freeze up.
Dale, the March number holds through the end of October. Freeze up is tight but doable if we get the order in this week. Want me to hold a crew?
Wants the service agreement in writing before her board meets Thursday.
Priya, attached. Same terms we talked through, nothing new in it. If the board wants a line changed, send it back and I will turn it around same day.
Unhappy about the second delay on the parts order. Wants to know what you are doing about it.
Second complaint in six weeks and the tone changed. This one is worth a phone call before anything goes in writing.
Next meeting / 9:30 AM
Redhawk Equipment, on site. This sheet lands fifteen minutes before, whether the meeting was booked last month or this morning.
Sandra Voss, GM, there since 2019. Curtis Ahenakew, new service manager since March. You have not met Curtis.
July 14. Sandra raised uptime at the north yard. You said you would get numbers. You did not send them.
Uptime numbers for the north yard, and an intro to someone on the parts side. Both still open. Bring the numbers printed.
What Curtis inherited and what he would change. New managers say things in month five that they will not say in month twelve.
Gone quiet / would have been forgotten
Four things that went out and stopped moving. A quote, an agreement, two requests waiting on an answer. Nothing in my head was tracking any of them.
Quote sent, no answer, no chase
Verbal yes in June, never papered
Waiting on you, not on them
Asked to be chased in September
You already pay for the tools. The problem is that none of them talk to each other, so the work in between lands on you.
Something goes out on Tuesday. A quote, a proposal, a client review, an approval. Nobody chases it. Three weeks later you find it and the moment has passed. It was never a people problem. Nothing was watching.
Email, texts, three chat apps and a phone. You spend the first two hours of the day finding out what happened, instead of deciding what happens next.
Reports, month end packages, client summaries, board updates, proposals. Work that has to happen but earns nothing while it is happening. It gets done at night.
Most owners tell me the same thing. They opened it, got a decent paragraph, and went back to the same week. That is not a tool failure. Nobody set it up around your work, your files and your people. That setup is the only thing I do.
Real prices, right here. Start anywhere. And I start by watching how your week actually moves, never by dropping in a template.
You and me for an hour. We take one task that eats your week and hand it to AI before the hour is up. You leave with something running, not a list of ideas.
Your people in one room, building the same habits. We find where the hours hide in their week, set the tools up live, and leave everyone running one playbook instead of six.
Everything in the demo above, built around your day instead of mine. Morning brief, inbox triage, meeting and client prep, follow through on what is open, and reporting. Connected, tested and working before I hand you the keys.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are added where they apply. Work outside Canada is quoted separately.
We agree in writing on what has to be working before I build anything. If one of those workflows is not working, I keep fixing it through the sixty day stabilization and I do not charge you more. That sits in the statement of work, not just on this page.
The hour is refundable. If the hour was not worth it, tell me and I will refund it, and you keep whatever we built in it. That one sits in the booking agreement.
Your product is different. Your week is not. Quotes, follow ups, service notes and a full inbox look about the same in a dealership, a shop and a trucking office. I start by watching how your work actually moves, not by dropping in a template.
That is normal, and it is usually fear of being replaced. We start with the one task everybody hates, so the first win is obvious to them and not just to you. People stop fighting it when it hands them their afternoon back.
Then this is built for you. The Install takes about three hours of your time in total, spread over two or three weeks. I do the building. You show up for a kickoff, one check in, and the handoff.
Usually not. Most setups run on one AI subscription and the apps you and your team already pay for. If something new is worth buying, I show you the cost before we build anything.
Your email and calendar, whether that is Microsoft or Google. Your files. Your notes. Most tools that offer a connection, and there are a lot of them now. Some systems, especially older dispatch and shop software, do not offer one. On the first call tell me what you run and I will tell you straight which pieces I can reach and which I cannot. I would rather lose the work than find that out in week two.
Within two business days, and usually the same day. There is no evening or weekend commitment and I am not going to pretend otherwise. If something I built has stopped completely, that goes to the front of the line.
Then I say so on that first call and you keep your money. I would rather turn the work down than sell you something that sits unused. The call is free either way, and you leave with what I would have done.
This is the question every owner asks, so it goes here instead of buried at the bottom.
Every account is set up under your business, paid by you. If we part ways, nothing shuts off and nothing follows me out the door.
We use the business tiers that do not train on what you put in. I show you the setting on screen so you can check it yourself.
You decide, workflow by workflow, what goes out on its own and what waits for you. Anything reaching a customer starts out waiting for approval, and it stays that way until you say otherwise.
I build with Canadian and United States privacy and anti spam rules in mind, including PIPEDA and CASL, and I sign your NDA before we start if you have one.
I will show you the tools, the permissions, where the data goes, the approval points and the off switch before anything goes live. Bring your IT person to that call if you have one.
One from my own week. The name is changed. Nothing else is.
Hi Kevin, following up on the quote from the 14th. Let me know if the timeline still works on your end and I can get this moving.
Kev, that quote from the 14th is still good. You said freeze up was the worry. If we lock it this week you are fine. Want me to hold the slot?
It gets me eighty percent there. The last twenty percent is why it still sounds like me.
I would rather you read this and close the tab than book a call we both regret. There is no hard feeling in any of it.
There are people who will do this for less. If price is the deciding factor, go with them and I mean that plainly.
I build things that hand your people their afternoons back. If the goal is a smaller payroll, I am the wrong person for it.
Three hours of your time across the whole build. I cannot build around your day without seeing your day. If that is not there, it will not stick.
Smaller than that and there is usually not enough repeated work to be worth systemizing. Book a single session instead and keep your money.
I sell enterprise technology for a living and carry a multi-million dollar quota. Behind my day is an AI system that preps my calls, drafts my follow ups, runs my morning brief and remembers what I would forget. The same pattern works for any senior person's week, whether it is full of sales calls, client files or month end reports.
I have ADHD. I built this because my days did not work without it. Then owners and other executives started asking how I get it all done, and here we are.
I did not write the code. I described what I needed in plain English, at night and on weekends, and the system got built. The skill that mattered was being honest about how I actually work, not knowing how to program.
I am one person. I take a small number of clients at a time, and I will tell you on the first call if you are not one of them.
Fair question for a one person shop. Two answers. You get written notes on how each piece works, using tools anyone can pick up, so nothing in your business needs me to keep breathing. And while I am involved you get an answer within two business days, with no evening or weekend promise, because a promise I can keep beats a generous one I cannot.
Twenty minutes, free. Name the task you hate most and I tell you straight whether AI can take it, and what that would look like.
Rather write first? hello@horsepowerai.ca
Not ready to talk? Take the six question scorecard and I will send you where your week is leaking.
